1. Free Dining and Drinks Offer

1.1. Book between 18th April and 7th November 2024 (inclusive)a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 21 consecutive nights stay in one of the participating Walt Disney World Resort Hotels (Disney Resort) and a 7 or 14-Day Magic Ticket on arrival dates between 7th January and 5th April 2025, 23rd April and 2nd October 2025 and/or 18th October and 17th December 2025 and receive:

a) One Quick-Service Meal if you stay in a participating Value Disney Resort; a Quick-Service Dining Plan if you stay in a participating Moderate Disney Resort; or a Disney Dining Plan if you stay in a participating Deluxe Disney Resort as specified in more detail below; and

b) Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket for the price of Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket (including Memory Maker); and

c) A discount of £100 per UK booking or €100 per booking made in the Republic of Ireland, or if you book by 2nd July 2024 (inclusive) you will receive a discount of £200 per UK bookings or €200 per booking made in the Republic of Ireland on an eligible Hotel and Ticket package booking or £300 per UK booking or €300 per booking made in the Republic of Ireland on an eligible flight inclusive package booking. To benefit from a discount of £300 for UK bookings or €300 for bookings made in the Republic of Ireland, you can add an eligible flight through the Walt Disney Travel Company International call centre to your Hotel and Ticket package booked from 18th April 2024 until 2nd July 2024 (inclusive) up to 8 days prior to your arrival in accordance with these terms. The discount is applied to the prevailing rate as shown on disneyholidays.co.uk or disneyholidays.ie website. Applicable to new bookings made in the UK and Ireland. The number and type of rooms allocated to this offer is limited and subject to room availability. This Package offer cannot be combined with other available Walt Disney Travel Company offers unless specified in these terms.

2. Participating Hotels and Dining Options

2.1. A stay and a 7 or 14-day Magic Ticket must be selected for all members of the party on the booking who are aged 3 and over at the time of travel and purchased at the same time for the entire duration of the booking to receive the Free Dining offer. Meals are non-transferable between party members and expire at midnight on the Disney Resort reservation checkout date.

Upgrades to Free Disney Dining Plans must be selected for all members of the party for the full duration of the stay depending on the type of the participating Disney Resort. Children aged 3-9 inclusive (at time of visit) must order from the children’s menu where available. Disney Dining Plans are not valid for children under 3 years. Please note that the Disney Dining Plan entitlements for 2025 arrivals and locations may be subject to change. Disney Dining Plan meals provide everyone in the party (ages 3 and over) a specific number of meals and snacks per day per person based on the number of nights of a Disney Resort stay. Certain menu items may incur an additional cost. Gratuities are not included except at dinner shows, private in-room dining, pizza delivery, and Cinderella's Royal Table. An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to the bill for parties of six or more. An additional form of payment is required if gratuities are added and if a credit card has not been provided at check-in for charging incidentals and other expenses. Advance restaurant reservations are strongly recommended and may be required at some Table-Service restaurants participating in the Disney Dining Plan. Operating hours, menus, Characters, entertainment, participating locations, components and terms are subject to change without notice. The Walt Disney World Resort shall not be responsible for the non-utilization of package components due to refurbishing, capacity, closures, inclement weather or any circumstance beyond their control. Florida law permits the sale and service of alcohol products only to persons 21 years of age and older. The operators of the Walt Disney World Resort participate in Florida's Responsible Vendor program, and servers will verify age by requesting acceptable identification. Please note that all persons visiting from outside of the United States are required to present both a valid passport as well as another form of government-issued photo ID from their country of origin. 2.2. Disney Dining Plan entitlements:

2.2.1. Dishes shown on disneypackages.co.uk are indicative of restaurant menus on offer, but availability may vary at time of travel. Dining plan meals and snacks are not sold separately, are nonrefundable, nontransferable and have no cash value. Theme park admission is required for some dining locations. Meals and snacks can be redeemed on any day during a stay or in any order until the number associated with the package have been depleted. All unused meals and snacks and the ability to use your refillable mug expire at midnight on the Disney Resort reservation checkout date.

Snack is a choice of ONE of the following: 20oz fountain soft drink, 20oz bottle of soft drink or water, single-serving coffee or hot chocolate or hot tea or milk or juice, popcorn scoop (single serving box), frozen ice cream novelty, popsicle or fruit bar, Mickey pretzel with cheese, funnel cake, single serving bag of snacks, piece of fruit or cup of soup at selected locations.

Where "beverages" are included for Table-Service and Quick-Service meals Guests may choose ONE of the following: all canned and bottled single serving non-alcoholic beverages, any size single service fountain soda, all single size non-alcoholic specialty beverages (such as smoothies, milkshakes, frozen coffees, slushes). One beverage per meal. Guests 21 and older may substitute for beer, wine, mixed drinks or cocktails. Some beverages will be excluded. Novelty or souvenir cups are not included. Refillable mugs are eligible for refills from self-service beverage islands at any Disney Resort hotel Quick-Service location. Mug design shown is indicative and is subject to change.

a) Quick-Service Meal includes: a choice from any Counter Service Restaurant of one main course and one single-serving beverage per person per night’s stay.

b) Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan includes: 2 Quick-Service Meals, 1 Selected Snack per person per night's stay and 1 Refillable Resort Mug per person.

c) Disney Dining Plan includes: 1 Quick-Service Meal, 1 Table-Service Meal, 1 Selected Snack per person per night's stay and 1 Refillable Resort Mug per person.

3. Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket for the price of 7 offer

3.1. During this time, the 14-Day Ticket (Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket) is available for the price of a 7-Day Ticket (Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket). Guests can also benefit from Disney 14 Day Magic Ticket for the price of 7 if they book a Disney Resort Hotel and a 14 Day Disney Magic Ticket for arrivals from 1st January to 31st December 2025 (inclusive). The Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket is valid for use up to 18 days from the first day of use. Disney Magic Tickets provide admission to Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Disney’s Blizzard Beach or Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, whichever is open. Please check Know Before You Go for the most current information on Disney Water Parks. Water Parks are subject to rehabilitation, seasonal, capacity and weather closures, or may close for other reasons. Bookings are subject to availability and our Booking Terms and Conditions.  

3.2. Memory Maker

Memory Maker is included with Disney 7-Day and 14-Day Magic Tickets (adult tickets only). Includes Disney PhotoPass® photos and other digital content taken during the Memory Maker window and linked to the Memory Maker guest’s Disney account. Memory Maker is subject to Disney PhotoPass Terms & Conditions and, if applicable, Family & Friends Terms & Conditions. Disney is not responsible for missing, lost, or damaged photos or other digital content. On the gate price $210 correct at time of printing.

4. Per Booking Discount

4.1. Eligible bookings made between 18th April and 7th November 2024 (inclusive) for selected arrivals will benefit from a discount off the prevailing rate in the amount of £100 on UK bookings or €100 on bookings made in the Republic of Ireland as displayed on www.disneyholidays.co.uk and www.disneyholidays.ie respectively.

4.2. If you book the eligible package before 2nd July 2024 (inclusive) you will receive a discount of £200 per UK booking or €200 per booking made in the Republic of Ireland on an eligible Hotel and Ticket package booking or a discount of £300 per UK booking or €300 per booking made in the Republic of Ireland on an eligible flight inclusive package booking. To benefit from a £300 or €300 discount respectively, you can add an eligible flight provided by the Walt Disney Company International to your Hotel and Ticket package booked from 18th April until 2nd July 2024 (inclusive) up to 8 days prior to your arrival by calling Walt Disney Travel Company International on 08001690730 if calling from the UK and 1800812676 if calling from the Republic of Ireland and providing your eligible booking reference number. Calls are free, but callers under 18 must have parents or guardians’ approval.

Flights must be displayed on www.disneyholidays.ie/walt-disney-world/ and www.disneyholidays.co.uk/walt-disney-world/ arriving in Orlando International Airport (MCO) or Tampa International Airport (TPA) within the arrival period specified (“Eligible Flights”) booked as part of the Hotel and Ticket package including Free Dining and Drinks offer by 2nd July 2024.

5. Pay by Instalments

Paying in Instalments – get more time to pay: For Walt Disney World Ticket only bookings, 100% is payable at the time of booking. For Walt Disney World accommodation bookings not including a flight or a Disney Cruise, a deposit of £50/€65 per person is due at the time of booking with full payment due 56 days before departure. For bookings made after this time, the full amount is due. For Walt Disney World accommodation bookings including a flight or a Disney Cruise, a deposit of £150/€185 per person is due at the time of booking with the full balance due 100 days before departure. For bookings made after this time, the full amount is due. For Disney Cruise Line bookings with a flight a deposit of £200 per person is due at the time of booking with full balance due 100 days before departure. For bookings made after this time, the full amount is due.
