Who is eligible for the bonus $100 Promo Card?

Book your package by 4th November 2026 for selected arrivals between 3rd January - 19th December 2027.
How do I claim my Promo Card?
To claim your Promo Card, click the link provided in your email to activate your eligibility, then continue through the Hotel & Ticket package booking journey and complete your booking.
For the best experience, we recommend completing your booking on the same device and browser after clicking the email link, as switching devices, opening a new browser, or clearing cookies may prevent the Promo Card from appearing.
Do I need to book a Free Dining & Drinks package to receive the $100 Promo Card?
Yes, the $100 Promo Card is only available when selected subscribers± signed up to our latests news and offers book a 2027 Free Dining & Drinks package offer by 4th November 2026 for selected arrivals between 3rd January - 19th December 2027 via the link provided in the associated email.
How will I receive my Promo Card?
Your Promo Card will be sent to you via email on the morning of your arrival at Walt Disney World Resort.
Where can I use my Promo Card?
The Promo Card can be used for purchases at select participating locations across Walt Disney World Resort, including merchandise, dining, and more. Please refer to www.disneyterms.com/disneypromocard for full details.
If you’re unsure whether the Promo Card can be used at a specific location or for a particular product or service, please check with the location before making your purchase.
The Promo Card cannot be used at DisneyStore.com.
How do I use my Promo Card at Walt Disney World?
For in-person purchases, simply present your Promo Card barcode or account number at participating locations when making a purchase. A Cast Member will scan the barcode or manually enter the account number to apply the available funds to your transaction.
For mobile or online purchases, simply enter your Promo Card account number at checkout.
If your purchase exceeds the remaining balance on your Promo Card, you can pay the difference using another accepted payment method.
Can I use my Promo Card with another form of payment to complete a purchase?
If additional funds are required for purchase, you must provide additional valid payment method(s).
How do I check my balance and transaction history on my Promo Card?
To check your balance, please visit a participating location or visit DisneyGiftCard.com/CheckBalance.
To check the recent transaction history of your card, simply visit My Cards on DisneyGiftCard.com. Once cards are added, select the specific card and select Transaction History to view the most recent transactions that have occurred on that card.
Does my Promo Card have an expiration date?
Yes, your Promo Card expires 40 days after the date it is activated. Any unused balance remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be used.
Can the remaining balance on my Promo Card be redeemed for cash?
The Promo Card is not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Promo card cash-out laws differ in each state.
Can I return items purchased with my Promo Card?
Most returns will be refunded to original form of payment. Please contact the location where the purchase was made for their specific return policy.
The $100 Disney Promo Card Offer (“Offer”) is valid when you book an eligible ‘Free Disney Dining’ 2027 Hotel & Ticket Package by 4th November 2026. Please visit Free Disney Dining for further Terms and Conditions. Offer must be booked via activation link in email. The $100 will be pre-loaded and provided as a Disney Promo Card to be spent at Walt Disney World Resort and other participating locations. ±The Offer is available exclusively to selected subscribers prior to the Offer launch. Subscription status at the time of booking determines eligibility for the Disney Promo Card. The Disney Promo Card will be sent by email on the first day of arrival and will not be valid for use 40 days after this date. The Disney Promo Card is issued per booking, is non‑transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent.
