1.1 Early Booker Package Offer

Book a package including a stay in one of the participating Walt Disney World Resort Hotels (Disney Resort) and a 14-Day Magic Ticket on the arrival dates specified in section 1.2, by 6 July 2023 and receive:

a) Up to $1200 Dining and Merchandise Credit per room on a two-week stay in one of the participating Disney Resorts for selected arrivals from 9 January to 18 December 2024 (inclusive); or up to $2100 Dining and Merchandise Credit per room on a two-week stay for arrivals from 1 August to 30 September 2024 (inclusive) (please see a breakdown of the dates and credit per night below in paragraph 1.2 and 1.3); and

b) Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket for the price of Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket (including Memory Maker) (please see more detail in section 1.7); and

c) a US$200 Disney Gift Card per Hotel and Ticket booking to spend at the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels (please see more detail in section 1.5) or If you book an Eligible Flight inclusive package by 6 July 2023 or add an Eligible Flight to your Hotel and Ticket package booked from 20 April 2023 until 6 July 2023 and confirm with the Walt Disney Travel Company up to 8 days prior to your arrival in accordance with these terms, you will receive an additional US$200 Disney Gift Card per booking to spend at Walt Disney World Resort Hotels ("Additional Disney Gift Card"). 1.2. Participating Hotels and Walt Disney World Dining and Merchandise Credit break down

1.2.1. Receive Walt Disney World Dining and Merchandise Credit per room for each night of the confirmed eligible stay of a minimum of 5 and maximum of 21 consecutive nights in the same participating Disney Resort for the arrivals from 9 January to 18 December 2024 (inclusive) excluding dates from 23 March to 12 April, from 1 August to 30 September, from 12 October to 25 October 2024 (inclusive) in accordance with the applicable Tier in the following amounts: US$36 in Tier 1 participating Disney Resorts; or US$72 in Tier 2 participating Disney Resorts; or US$86 in Tier 3 participating Disney Resorts.

1.2.2. Receive Walt Disney World Dining and Merchandise Credit per room for each night of the confirmed eligible stay of a minimum of 5 and maximum of 21 consecutive nights in the same participating Disney Resort for the arrivals 1 August to 30 September 2024 (inclusive) in accordance with the applicable Tier in n the following amounts: US$50 in Tier 1 participating Disney Resorts; or in US$100 in Tier 2 participating Disney Resorts; or in US$150 in Tier 3 participating Disney Resorts.

1.3. Participating Disney Resorts by Tier and Disney Resorts and room types excluded from the Early Booker Package Offer

Room names and room categories are subject change. We will contact you to inform you of how such changes will affect you and provide options, if applicable. Certain room types, titled Temporarily Unavailable Room Types below are not currently included in the Early Booker Package Offer due to operational changes, but will be included at a later date (estimated beginning of June). 1.6. Additional US$200 Disney Gift Card

Additional US$200 Disney Gift Card is valid for flights displayed on www.disneyholidays.ie/walt-disney-world/ and www.disneyholidays.co.uk/walt-disney-world/ arriving into Orlando International Airport (MCO) or Tampa International Airport (TPA) within the arrival period specified in section 1.2. (“Eligible Flights”) booked by 6 July as part of the same Early Booker Package offer hotel and ticket booking in accordance with these terms. Flights added to the Hotel and Ticket package booked by 6 July in accordance with these terms must be confirmed with Walt Disney Travel Company International up to 8 days prior to travel by calling the Walt Disney Travel Company International specialists in the UK on 08001690730 and in the Republic of Ireland 1800812676 and providing your eligible booking reference number. 1.7. Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket for the price of 7 offer

During this time the 14-Day Ticket (Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket) is available for the price of a 7-Day Ticket (Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket) for arrivals set out in section 1.2. Guests can also benefit from Disney 14 Day Magic Ticket for the price of 7 if they book a Disney Resort Hotel and a 14 Day Disney Magic Ticket for arrivals from 1 January to 31 December 2024 (inclusive). Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket is valid for use up to 18 days from first day of use. Disney Magic Tickets provides admission to Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Disney’s Blizzard Beach or Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, whichever is open. Please check Know Before You Go for the most current information on Disney Water Parks. 1.8. Park Pass Reservation System

For arrivals until 8th January 2024 (inclusive), to gain entry into a Theme Park, both a valid ticket and reservation for the same Park on the same date are required. Beginning 9th January 2024, theme park reservations will no longer be required for date-based tickets. For other admission types, theme park reservations may be required. The availability calendar you are presented with is for guidance purposes only, and may not represent the capacity and availability at the time you reserve your Theme Park attendance. After you have purchased your ticket or package and have received your booking reference, you will gain access to the Disney Park Pass reservation system at which point you will be able to reserve your attendance date(s) at your chosen Theme Park. You must make a separate reservation for each date you plan to visit, and each Theme Park you wish to attend, even with a multi-day ticket. Please note that as the Theme Parks are open with limited capacity, reservations are subject to availability and are not valid until confirmed subject to the Disney Park Pass system terms and conditions. We recommend that you make your Theme Park reservation as soon as available after you purchase your ticket or package. We cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy or otherwise of this calendar. By purchasing your ticket or package you acknowledge and confirm that you fully understand and accept the risk of reservation slots being limited or unavailable following your purchase even if in the indicative calendar such attendance dates previously appeared available.

1.9. Memory Maker

Memory Maker is included with Disney 7-Day and 14-Day Magic Ticket (adult tickets only). Includes Disney PhotoPass® photos and other digital content taken during the Memory Maker window and linked to the Memory Maker guest’s Disney account. Memory Maker is subject to Disney PhotoPass Terms & Conditions and, if applicable, Family & Friends Terms & Conditions. Disney is not responsible for missing, lost, or damaged photos or other digital content. On the gate price $199 correct at time of printing.

1.10. Modification

Currently you can modify your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and Ticket package or a Hotel only booking without fees anytime up to and including 7 days before your arrival date for arrival up to and including 31st December 2024. Currently you can modify your Walt Disney World Resort flight inclusive package without fees anytime up to 7 days before your arrival date excluding any transport fees imposed by the transport carrier for arrival up to and including 31st December 2024. You will need to pay any difference in price if the price is higher and we will refund you the difference if the price is lower, with a deduction of any applicable fees. Valid for bookings made in the UK or Ireland.

Some experiences, shows, parades or events may not be available or may be modified without notice depending on the evolution of the safety and sanitary measures and recommendations from public authorities, or for any other reason including weather conditions and renovations.

2.0. Paying in Instalments - get more time to pay

For Walt Disney World Ticket only bookings, 100% is payable at the time of booking. For Walt Disney World accommodation bookings not including a flight or a Disney Cruise, a deposit of £50/€65 per person is due at the time of booking with full payment due 56 days before departure. For bookings made after this time, the full amount is due. For Walt Disney World accommodation bookings including a flight or a Disney Cruise, a deposit of £150/€185 per person is due at the time of booking with the full balance due 100 days before departure. For bookings made after this time, the full amount is due. For Disney Cruise Line bookings with a flight a deposit of £200 per person is due at the time of booking with full balance due 100 days before departure. For bookings made after this time, the full amount is due.

2.1. Disney Dine Plans

Disney Dine Plans provide everyone in the party (ages 3 and over) a specific number of meals and snacks based on the number of nights of a Disney Resort stay. Guests ages 3 to 9 must order from a children's menu, where available. Plan must be purchased for entire length of stay and for the entire party (ages 3 and over). Meals are non-transferable between party members and expire at midnight on the reservation checkout date.

Excludes gratuities. Dining plan locations are subject to change without notice or liability. Dishes shown are indicative of restaurant menus on offer, but availability may vary at time of travel. Dining plan meals and snacks are not sold separately, are nonrefundable, nontransferable and have no cash value. Theme park admission is required for some dining locations. Advance reservations are strongly recommended and may be required at some Table-Service restaurants participating in the dining plan. Operating hours, menus, Characters, entertainment, participating locations, components and terms are subject to change without notice. Dining plan meals and snacks are based on the number of nights of your package stay at your Disney Resort hotel. The owners of the Walt Disney World Resort shall not be responsible for the non-utilization of package components due to refurbishing, capacity, closures, inclement weather or any circumstance beyond their control.

Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan includes: 2 Quick-Service Meals, 1 Selected Snack per person per night's stay and 1 Refillable Resort Mug per person. Disney Dining Plan includes: 1 Quick-Service Meal, 1 Table-Service Meal, 1 Selected Snack per person per night's stay and 1 Refillable Resort Mug per person.

Refillable mugs are eligible for refills from self-service beverage islands at any Disney Resort hotel Quick-Service location. Mug design shown is indicative and is subject to change.

Gratuities are not included except at dinner shows, private in-room dining, pizza delivery, and Cinderella's Royal Table. An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to the bill for parties of six or more. Certain menu items may incur an additional cost. An additional form of payment is required if gratuities are added and if a credit card as not been provided at check-in for charging incidentals and other expenses. Participating restaurants are subject to change.

Disney Dine Plan entitlements:

Quick-Service Meal includes a choice from any Counter Service Restaurant of one main course and one single-serving beverage. Table-Service Meal includes a choice of one main course, one dessert (except at breakfast) and one single-serving beverage; OR one full buffet and one single-serving beverage.

Snack is a choice of ONE of the following 20oz fountain soft drink, 20oz bottle of soft drink or water, single-serving coffee or hot chocolate or hot tea or milk or juice, popcorn scoop (single serving box), frozen ice cream novelty, popsicle or fruit bar, Mickey pretzel with cheese, funnel cake, single serving bag of snacks, piece of fruit or cup of soup at selected locations.

Number of meals and snacks are determined by the number of nights included in the package stay. Meals and snacks can be redeemed on any day during a stay or in any order until the number associated with the package have been depleted. All unused meals and snacks and the ability to use your refillable mug expire at midnight on the reservation checkout date.

Where "beverage" is included for Table-Service and Quick-Service meals Guests may choose ONE of the following: all canned and bottled single serving non-alcoholic beverages, any size single service fountain soda, all single size non-alcoholic specialty beverages (such as smoothies, milkshakes, frozen coffees, slushes). One beverage per meal. Guests 21 and older may substitute for beer, wine, mixed drink or cocktail. Such selection will include most of the total offering of beer, wine or mixed drink or cocktail available at the location. Some beverages will be excluded. Novelty or souvenir cups are not included.

Florida law permits the sale and service of alcohol products only to persons 21 years of age and older. The operators of the Walt Disney World Resort participate in Florida's Responsible Vendor program, and servers will verify age by requesting acceptable identification. Please note that all persons visiting from outside of the United States are required to present both a valid passport as well as another form of government-issued photo ID from their country of origin.
